Wrap a measuring tape or string around your waist at the narrowest part, typically just above your belly button.

Take the measurement in inches or centimeters.
For calf length, measure from the bottom of your knee to the bottom of your ankle.

Inseam
Stand up straight against a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Measure from the inside of your leg, from the crotch area down to the bottom of your ankle or desired pant length.
Make sure the measuring tape is straight and not twisted.
Take the measurement in inches or centimeters.
Remember to measure each body part carefully and accurately for the best fit when selecting clothing.
When it comes to shopping with us at gush, all you need to know are your waist and hip measurements. Our thongs are made with an extra-stretchy fabric, so most gushers can comfortably wear two sizes without any trouble. If your waist measurement is towards the smaller end of one size on our size guide, I'd suggest sizing down for the perfect fit.
For reference, I’m 5’2, and have a 24” waist and 37” hips, and I wear a size small, although I don’t really notice when I slip into a medium.
When developing the LITTLE THONG, I sent my favorite sample to 50 women to review and confirm it was the best possible product before we launched. I wanted our sizing to vibe with real bodies, not just what the fashion world sees as "normal," which let's be honest, doesn't match up with most people's reality.
I hope you'll feel that our sizing mirrors real life. And if you purchase the wrong size, we’ll be happy to exchange your order!
The girls are gushing!
